Monthly plans: Access continues until end of billing cycle
Annual plans: Access continues through the paid period
No cancellation fees and no long-term commitments
Your data remains accessible and exportable

Billing FAQ
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards via Stripe. Mobile subscriptions via RevenueCat.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes. Invoices are available in your billing settings. For VAT or enterprise invoicing, contact support.
What happens if my payment fails?
Your subscription enters a "Pending Payment" state. You'll receive an invoice link to retry. Some features may be limited until payment is resolved. See our payment troubleshooting guide.
What happens when I hit my transcription limit?
You can keep uploading. Additional minutes are charged at the pay-as-you-go rate ($0.10/min). There's no hard block.
Can I use a promo code?
Yes. Enter your promo code during checkout to get a percentage or fixed amount discount.
