In order to transcribe a YouTube video, you must first open the "Upload File" window. There are two ways to navigate to this window. You can click the "New upload" button under the "Quick Actions" section of the Dashboard:

Or you can select the "Create" drop-down list on the right of the top bar and click on the "New upload" button:

When the "Upload File" window is open, select the "URL" radial button in the top left-hand corner.

From here, you will submit the URL of your desired YouTube video into the available text field and then press the "Import" button.

Once the info of the YouTube video has imported, you will be able to assign the video to a specific folder, edit the name and description, and check the price of transcription and analysis. You will also be able to upload more YouTube URLs and delete videos you no longer want. When you are prepared to move on with your order, press the "Upload & Pay" button in the top right-hand corner.

You will then be directed to the "Make Payment" page where you can select to pay with either your loaded balance or directly with a credit card. Once you have made your choice, click on the "Confirm" button in the bottom left-hand corner.

The final "Completed" page will provide a button directing you towards the folder where your media will be placed once it is finishing processing.
