If you would like to try once again to re-analyze a media file you can do so by clicking on the "Action" drop-down list and pressing the "Re-analyze Insights" button while on a specific media page.

If you would like to re-analyze multiple media files at once, select a relevant folder from the left-hand side bar. Then you will select the specific media files you want to re-analyze by clicking on the checkboxes to the left of each file. Once selected, click the "Re-analyze" button in the top right-hand corner.
