In order to add a new folder, first select the "Folders" subheading on the left-hand sidebar.

On the Folders page, click on the "New folder" button in the top right-hand corner.
A new window will be opened allowing you to enter the name of your new folder, as well as assign the contents of the folder to anyone on your team. Once you have added at least a name for your folder, click on the "Save" button in the top right-hand corner of the window.
