Meeting Assistant via MCP
Speak AI's meeting bot joins your Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, or Webex calls to record and transcribe automatically. You can schedule and manage the bot via MCP tools from Claude, ChatGPT, or the CLI — without opening the Speak AI dashboard.

schedule_meeting_event — invite the bot to a specific meeting URL or calendar event
list_meeting_events — see all scheduled and past meeting bot sessions
remove_assistant_from_meeting — cancel a scheduled bot before the meeting starts
delete_scheduled_assistant — remove a completed meeting bot entry

After the meeting
Once the meeting ends and processing completes, use get_transcript or ask your AI assistant to run the analyze-meeting built-in prompt to get the full summary, action items, and speaker contributions.
Tip
For automatic bot scheduling on recurring meetings, use calendar sync in the Speak AI dashboard. The MCP tools are best for ad-hoc scheduling from your AI assistant.
