Quick Actions Guide

Overview

Quick Actions are designed to streamline your workflow within Speak AI. They provide immediate access to the most frequent tasks, allowing you to capture, create, and automate your work with just a single click. This means less time navigating menus and more time focusing on what matters most.

By placing these essential functions at your fingertips, Quick Actions help you work faster and more efficiently, ensuring you don't miss opportunities to record important conversations, jot down ideas, or set up automated processes.

How It Works

The Quick Actions bar is conveniently located on your main Speak AI Dashboard. It features a series of intuitive buttons that allow you to perform common tasks instantly.

Getting Started

To access this feature, go to Dashboard in your Speak AI application.

Here's how to use the Quick Actions:

  1. Access Dashboard: Click the Home icon in the sidebar.

  2. Locate Quick Actions: Look for the row of colorful buttons labeled 'Capture', 'Create', and 'Automate'.

  3. Select an Action:

    • New Upload: Opens the file upload dialog.

    • New Recording: Launches the in-app audio/video recorder.

    • New Text Note: Opens the editor to type or paste text for analysis.

    • Connect Calendar: Sets up Meeting Assistant.

  4. Follow Prompt: Each action opens a modal or navigates you to the specific tool immediately.

Troubleshooting

Buttons Disabled: If your subscription is expired, certain actions like 'Upload' may be locked. Check your plan status.
