Where the latest app lives
The newest version of Speak AI is at app.speakai.co. Sign in with the same email and password you already use. Your account, media library, transcripts, and team all come with you. There is nothing to migrate by hand.
Getting moved over
Every new Speak AI account now starts on the new app automatically. If you are an existing customer still on the classic version, you can move over from the in-app prompt when you see it, or message us on live chat and we will switch you right away.
Switching back to classic anytime
If you prefer the classic experience, you can switch back whenever you want:
On your dashboard, find the card that reads You're using the new Speak (beta).
Click Switch back to classic.
Confirm in the dialog. You will be taken to the classic experience, and you can return to the new app anytime.
What's changing
The new app reorganizes a few things and adds features, and we will be sunsetting the classic version over time. If you cannot find something after switching, search the Help Center or message us on live chat and we will point you to it.
