Trial Plan Limits
Overview
The trial plan offers a limited amount of transcription time to help you explore our service. Understanding these limits ensures you can make the most of your trial experience without unexpected interruptions.
This guide clarifies the boundaries of the trial, so you know what to expect regarding file uploads and analysis.
How It Works
Your trial includes a fixed amount of transcription time, often around 30 minutes. This is a one-time balance that applies to your entire trial period, not a daily or monthly allowance.
Once you've used up your allocated transcription minutes, you won't be able to upload additional files for analysis until you upgrade your plan.
Getting Started
To manage your account and view your current usage, go to Account Settings β Usage in your dashboard.
Details
Here are some important points to remember about your trial limits:
One-Time Balance: The minute limit is a lifetime total for the trial, not a daily or monthly allowance.
"Add Funds": You may have the option to purchase "Pay-As-You-Go" credits to transcribe more content without committing to a monthly subscription.
Deletions: Deleting old files does not restore your used transcription minutes.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter an "Upload Disabled" message, this indicates that you have 0 minutes remaining on your trial plan.
