Extended Trial Requests
Overview
Standard trial periods are automated and have file duration limits. If you're evaluating our service for a large team or have specific testing needs, like analyzing longer files, you can request an extension.
This allows you to thoroughly test our capabilities with your specific content, ensuring it meets your organization's requirements before committing.
How It Works
To request an exception for testing longer files, you'll need to contact our Sales or Support team. They can help you arrange a "Proof of Concept" trial extension.

To access this feature, go to Sales & Support or contact on intercom in your dashboard.
