What are User groups?

Create groups within team members to make it easier to assign audio, video and text tasks to specific sets of people.

How to create a user group?

Open your sidebar and click on the "Members" section:

Once on your admin page you will find the "Go to User Group" button in the top right of your screen, under the header:

This will take you to your user groups page where you can view existing user groups with their descriptions and current users.
To add a new user group, click on the "Add User Group" button in the top right corner of your screen, under the header:

This will generate a popup form where you can give your new group a description and select the group members.

Your new user group is now ready to go!

How to assign specific media files to a group?

Navigate to the audio, video or text file that you want to assign:
Once on your media dashboard, click on the "Action" button next to the media player and hit edit "Edit":
Click on "Assign To" and assign this media to a group:
The media file should now be assigned to a group.
